I am looking for someone to sublease my bedroom in the apartment that I am living in now. The apartment is on West Carpenter with a balcony that over looks High Street, and Carpenter Street on the top floor. The apartment comes with a full applianced kitchen and also comes with a washer and dryer within the apartment. It is a 5 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment that is full furnished due to the tenants that live there now. I am trying to find someone to sublease as quickly as possible so I will not have to pay 2 rents at once. This offer will not be available for very long.
The rent would be $500 A month
