I am leasing from two places over the summer. And am in need of a subleaser. This sublease requires a girl. There may be one to three other girls in the apartment. They are clean, quite, and all around nice girls. All utilities included. Washer and dryer, and dishwasher. I have my own bedroom with full bathroom. It is furnished too. The Summit has a pool, computer lab, workout center, and tanning bed! Great view from balcony! $610 a month. But PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE!

4 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms.

You get your own bedroom. It has a living room and full kitchen. Gas, sewage, and water are included in the rent. It’s one of the nicest apartment complexes here and like a 5 minute walk to campus, 3 minute walk to court street (where all the bars/shops/restaurants are).

The roommates are awesome. 3 girls, all laid back, like to go out and have fun on weekends but prioritize school.

The lease starts in June and ends next June when school is out.

Rent is charged quarterly even though we are switching to semesters next year. It’s $1,795 a quarter, but if you are not planning on staying in Athens this summer I can take care of the rent for you (so you’d pay $1,795 three times)

Looking for a subleaser for Spring quarter. It’s a really nice apartment with a decked out kitchen (dish washer, washer and dryer), a nice, cozy living room, spacious bathroom, and two bedrooms. The room for lease is big and spacious and comes with a real nice bureau. The location in AWESOME, its super close to campus but also on a quiet street. The backyard is sweet with a firepit and decked out with a wood-plank swing. pets not allowed. 420 friendly!

They have a shuttle that will take you back and forth to classes or just to uptown Athens. I got a discount on the rent, normal rent is $610 a month, and mine will be $575. It’s a great deal.
